Many people in the world do not realize that tea is an actual herb. They know and understand that tea is a beverage, but not an herb. Tea is among the most popular of all the natural herbs. Other people have found that the use of tea helps to restore damaged hair and soaking your fingernails in tea for a short amount of time helps to strengthen them. There are numerous ways to use this wonderful herb in order to gain strength and health in the body.
